We believe choosing the right scent is personal, and sometimes, you have to smell it to know if it’s right for you. That’s why we offer a Scent Satisfaction Promise to help you shop with confidence.
If your candle isn’t quite what you expected, you can exchange any unused candle within 7 days of receiving your order. Just let us know, and we’ll help you swap it for a scent that better suits your mood or space.
How It Works
- Try it out — Open the lid, take in the scent.
- Not the right vibe? — Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Send it back — Return the unused candle (shipping is on you).
- Swap it out — We’ll send your new scent once we receive the original.
A Few Notes:
- Candles must be unused and unburned.
- We can only accept 1 scent swap per order.
- Shipping fees for the return are the customer’s responsibility.
- Your new candle ships free—our treat.
