Refund policy

We want you to love your AyurLight Candles purchase. If a scent isn’t quite right for you, our Scent Guarantee lets you exchange your unused candle for another fragrance.

If you’d prefer a return instead, we accept returns of unused candles within 7 days of delivery.

Here's how it works:

  1. Unused candles must be returned within 1 week of the delivery date.
  2. To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ayurlightcandles.com to receive a return authorization.
  3. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once we receive your returned candles and verify their condition, we'll issue a refund, minus shipping costs, to your original payment method.
